Booking & Cancellation

Booking confirms your session. Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in person in Grey Lynn, Auckland, and prices are in NZ$.

Rescheduling and cancelling

If your plans change, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment — no explanation needed.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t attend, the session is considered used and is non-refundable. If you’re on a package, one session is deducted from it.

If I need to cancel

If I need to cancel your session, you can reschedule at no cost. If rescheduling doesn’t work for you, you’ll receive a full refund for that session. If you’re on a package, the credit stays on your account.

Packages

Health Coaching packages (4, 6 and 8 sessions) are paid in full at the time of purchase, booked and used one session at a time, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Exceptions

I can make reasonable exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. These are not automatic and do not create an ongoing entitlement.
